The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19).  New Beginnings Christian Fellowship members have demonstrated a sincere desire to minister to the needs of the Pacific Northwest in a number of compassionate and empowering ways.  We envision broadening our ministry reach in many of the following ways: 

    • Operating a Community Kitchen that provides daily meals to the homeless, needy, and shut-in.

    • Establishing a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center

    • Developing Ex-offender Re-entry Support programs

    • Creating outreach programs for at risk youth, young adults, and single parents

    • Developing a community center for Minority Business Development

    • Providing free and reduced-cost professional services (legal, financial, health, vocational and career counseling)

    • Expanding our affordable housing development projects for seniors and persons on assisted living.

To help the congregation to better serve our local and global communities, the New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Outreach Ministries will be comprised of the following:  Evangelism Ministry, Mission Ministry, Relief Ministry, Campus Ministry and Prison Ministry.

The New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Outreach Ministry exist to nurture the spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of the total person.  New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Outreach Ministry’s aim is to develop a scope of ministries that reflect the holistic nature of God’s love towards us.

    • Evangelism Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit-Matthew 28:19  The NBCF Evangelism Ministry exist to bring souls to Christ by sharing the Gospel with all people.  We evangelize God’s Word to the least, the lost, and the left out by meeting their needs through progressive and timely evangelism strategies.  Expand the evangelism program by launching a door-knocking campaign, coordinate Spirit-filled Holy Week, and other revival services throughout the year, and launch a street ministry program.

    • Missions:  The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19).  The NBCF Mission Ministry exist to brings souls to Christ by sharing the Gospel to all people through progressive and timely mission work and mission projects at home and abroad.  Increase NBCF’s representation and contributions to domestic and foreign mission projects.

    • Prison Ministry:  The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19).  The NBCF Prison Ministry exist to bring souls to Christ by sharing the Gospel to all inmates at correctional facilities through a progressive and timely prison ministry outreach strategies.  Expand the outreach program to local correctional facilities, developing ex-offender re-entry support programs, and launch a letter writing campaign with inmates at correctional facilities.

    • Campus Ministry:  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit-Matthew 28:19.  The NCBF Campus Ministry exists to bring souls to Christ by sharing the Gospel to all students at local colleges and universities through a progressive and timely campus ministry strategy.  Participate and establish bible studies on local campuses, monthly worship and fellowships involving all local campuses, encourage all who are Christians to become involved in our watch care program, develop a letter writing campaign with our college students in out of state colleges and universities, establish a care packet ministry for local and abroad college students.

    • Relief Ministry:  The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19). The NBCF Disaster Relief Ministry exists to bring souls to Christ by sharing the Gospel and providing relief to all people affected by disasters, including house or apartment fires, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, explosions, and other natural or man-made disasters.  Establish a disaster relief protocol to best assist all people who experience natural or man-made disasters.
