Our Star Is Rising…Lifestyle Stewardship Capital Campaign
Our Goal is $4,000,000.00 over 3 years

Creative Ways to Contribute to Life Stewardship Capital Campaign
Some members have come up with creative ways to help fund their contributions to the Lifestyle Stewardship Capital Campaign. Some ideas for you to consider are:

Coin collections: Do you have a stash of coins you’ve been collecting for ages? Turn them into cash at a coinstar machine located in your neighborhood grocery store and contribute the proceeds to Lifestyle Stewardship.

Spring Cleaning:
Got Junk? Have a garage sale and get rid of some of those things you don’t need! You can donate the proceeds to Lifestyle Stewardship!

Turn Old Gold Into New Money
Faith Designs will turn your old gold jewelry items into cash. Bring your old, broken, unwanted gold jewelry items and you will receive credit at market value towards your Lifestyle Stewardship pledge for your pieces.

Stock Transfers: Instead of cashing in that stock to fund your contribution, consider transfer of the stock to NBCF instead. A direct stock transfer may result in a substantial tax savings for you (always consult with your financial advisor).

Purchase A CD:
The NBCF Voices Of Angels Children's Choir produced a video presentation of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech. They are selling their DVD and donating all of the proceeds to Lifestyle Stewardship. You can help support their effort by purchasing a DVD in the Rising Star Bookstore.

Remember, Lifestyle Stewardship is not about equal giving, it’s about equal sacrifice!

What Is Lifestyle Stewardship?
“Lifestyle Capital Stewardship” is a phrase that describes a level of giving that affects one’s living. The challenge of Lifestyle Capital Stewardship is to find ways, boldly and prayerfully, to let your giving touch your living. Worship & Music Arts Ministry News:
Vessels Of His Praise; Adult Dance Ministry Wants You!
All adults, men and women are invited to join The Vessels Of His Praise, Adult Dance Ministry. No special training is needed, just a desire to give praise to God through dance and movement. Rehearsals are Monday nights at the NBCF Annex 7:30 – 9:30 PM. For More Information Contact: Rhonda Wilkerson 206-949-1235

If you are interested in becoming a part of any NBCF Music Ministry, please contact Dotsy Isom at 253.373.1198.

Paying Your Tithes & Offerings Is Now Easier!
Use one of the following three methods to quickly and easily pay your tithes and offerings.
  • Direct ACH Debit: Automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. You decide which day and how often. Sign up is quick and easy. To sign up click here.
  • Direct Payment: You can use your Bank’s Online Bill Payment Services to make a Direct Payment to NBCF. Just set up NBCF as a new bill or vendor. For more information on Direct Payment contact your bank or credit union.
  • Online Giving: Use the NBCF Web Site to make payments using a check or debit card. No pre-arrangement is necessary. Anyone can make a contribution on the Online Giving Page. Members can log into Member Access to make payments and to review your giving history.

You will receive full credit for your offering and it will appear on your member giving statements like regular offerings. For more information about these alternative ways of giving contact Debbie Jackson at 253.373.1193
Faith Designs: NBCF Jewelry Line
View the special line of jewelry designed and made exclusively for NBCF. Faith Designs will contribute a portion of each sale directly to the NBCF Building Fund. The purchase of this jewelry would serve the same purpose as a class ring in that it would support the church and show church pride.

As a service to NBCF members, Faith Designs will accept your old, broken, or unneeded gold jewelry items that you want to donate to the Lifestyle Stewardship campaign. You will receive full credit towards your campaign pledge at market value For more information, please see Dennis Williams in the upper commons, immediately following both worship services.

Visit the Faith Designs Web Site click here.
